These Organic, Shade Grown and Fair Trade beans from the Indonesian & South American growing regions, are blended to create this full bodied blend. Usually when I get Starbucks coffee beans they are shiny and oily looking and not dry at all. When I got these beans from Santa Barbara roasting company they look so dry and over roasted, almost burnt. Or maybe they are old or expired. I'm not sure but I'm not very satisfied with them. I won't be buying from them again.
