Cold Brew Coffee Maker

Cold brew in three steps

Add coffee, then water, to the filter core. Let it brew in the fridge for 18 to 24 hours. Then serve it with milk or ice to taste. Cold brew stays fresh for up to 14 days in the fridge, and the maker fits inside most fridge doors, so storage is simple.

Brew instructions

1. Place ground coffee in the fine mesh brew filter. For best results, use fresh roasted coffee with a fine grind (our Fine Grind / Paper Cone option). The reusable filter holds up to 16 tablespoons.
2. Insert the filter into the temperature safe borosilicate glass pitcher and slowly pour cool water over the grounds until the carafe is full.
3. Tighten the lid and refrigerate overnight. Strength depends on brew time, and stirring the grounds during brewing gives the best extraction.
4. When it's done, remove the mesh filter and screw off its bottom cap to release the used grounds.

It works as an iced tea maker too, and there's nothing quite as rich and refreshing as cold brewed iced tea. For coffee, pair it with a bag of our Cold Brew Blend, ground fine.
