Inside are three of our blends, each a full 12 oz bag, and each one combines more than one roast level:

Montecito Blend, roasted Full City, Viennese and French, three roast degrees in one blend
Santa Barbara Blend, five Central and South American coffees roasted Full City and French
Espresso Blend, a Viennese and French blend built for espresso machines

Brew them side by side over a few weeks and you'll quickly figure out where you land on our roast scale, from Full City (light) through Viennese (medium) to French (dark). It's also a great gift for the coffee drinker who already has a favorite and wants to branch out.

Choose one grind for the whole pack: whole bean, drip, paper cone or French press. When you find your favorite, every blend in the pack is also sold on its own.
