Some people say a great Costa Rica is the coffee version of a good burgundy. We're inclined to agree.

This is a true single origin, 100% Costa Rica with nothing else blended in. It has a hearty sweetness and exceptional body, and the two combine to create a robust richness. We roast it Full City, which is our light roast, so that natural sweetness stays front and center.

If you usually reach for blends, a single origin like this one is a nice way to taste what one growing country brings to the cup on its own. It's a great everyday coffee and an easy one to share with friends who are just getting into specialty coffee.
