I love the Southern Pecan coffee and I always get 4 bags with every flavor I order, however with this order one of the bags was not properly sealed the bag was completely opened and half of the coffee spilled out into the box and was falling through the cracks. I fill like I didn't get my monies worth. I have been getting coffee from you for sometime now and this is the first time this has happened, this is why I rated 4.

United StatesGood Coffee, Just Lacking that True Southern Pecan Flavor
As a true native, life-long, Southerner (South Central Texas); this pecan flavored coffee was a disappointment. My hometown of San Antonio, Texas was the site of a pecan shellers strike back in the 1930’s, and I also know my pecan pie and pecan candies. The coffee itself is good enough to enjoy but definitely not pecan flavored. I think “Califas” (aka California) needs to visit “Tejas” (aka Texas) for that genuine Southern Pecan flavor.

The first cup I brewed came out like flavored water. It was lite the hot water just washed the flavoring off the coffee. Very unusual so I re ground a couple of scoops and the coffee came out like coffee should but it changed the flavor. Your roasting technique needs some improvement so you get coffee and flavor at same time. The way you are doing it is just coating the beans with your flavor. The flavor isn’t in the beans. If it was the taste wouldn’t have changed when I reground the coffee

We kept waiting for Amora to get this flavor now the wait is over. My husband has flipped over the moon this is one of his favorites. Now he wants to know when will you be getting chocolate cherry. This is a great one for our weekend break or a treat. Thank you
